DAY TWO OF OUR EXPERIMENT

September 29, 2017

Today we worked in class on wiring our input and output devices for some practice and understanding of how to code. For our group the INPUT is a LIGHT SENSOR and the OUTPUT is a SPEAKER.

We were successful after an hour to figuring out how to set up the coding and wiring – but we did it!

Our feelings towards this process:

Savaya: Today was tough haha. I was nervous because I have never really coded before, so this was a scary challenge. In the end, it was nice to work with my group to assist in guiding me to the right place. In the end it was rewarding to see how using light could turn off our speaker and no light would turn it on.

Sana: We got it to work! It was very frustrating for a long time but through helping each other we finally did it.

Yiyi: It’s really useful to study from the beginning. I have previous experience before but still took some time to figure out. It’s important to understand the basic knowledge of programming to be able to build more complex stuff.
