Methods for successful “Thinking Out Loud” procedures

In our critique for Project 2: Build an Evocative Prototype Leveraging Metaphor and Feedback, we will evaluate each others’ projects using the “think aloud” protocol.

The following guidelines tell us how to derive more valid results from this protocol. This document was developed by Judy Ramey, University of Washington, with additions by Usability Analysis & Design, Xerox Corporation
