SHOWS: Skate Girls of Kabul exhibition @AgaKhanMuseum

I am pleased to invite you to the opening of our upcoming exhibition, Skate Girls of Kabul, featuring the work of award-winning British photographer Jessica Fulford-Dobson. Fulford-Dobson visited Afghanistan in the summer 2013 and spring of 2014, where she documented the young girls who participate in a unique program called Skateistan.

  • A short panel discussion with Fulford-Dobson, Shabana Saidali (a former participant in and employee of Skateistan), and Beth Malcolm (Director of the Girls’ Fund, Canadian Women’s Foundation)
