I know many of you are working on applications for various opportunities over the break. Here’s another one to consider. Info below.
I am writing on behalf of Digifest 2018 and we would like to invite OCADu to participate in the annual Best of the Best Student Showcase. The Best of the Best Student Showcase is an incredible opportunity for schools to showcase student work with creative professionals at Digifest.
The annual Best of the Best Student Showcase at Digifest will be on display from April 26 – 28th, 2018 at Corus Quay in Toronto. This unique exhibition brings together the most exciting cross-disciplinary student work under one roof.
Participating schools will receive four passes to attend Digifest 2018, a showcase space, and an opportunity to be crowned the Best of the Best.
All post-secondary institutions with creative arts + digital media programs are encouraged to apply. There is no fee to participate however we ask that your department curate the student work(s) to be submitted. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 9, 2018 at 5 pm.
Please access the Call for Submissions PDF for more information regarding the submission criteria. You can see highlights from the 2017 Student Showcase as well as the online application at torontodigifest.ca.
I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the application process or exhibition details.
