Materialized OCADU Volunteer Signup, Deadline: Feb. 2nd, 2018
The wearable art and fashion show is a multidisciplinary show exhibiting the work of OCADU students and recent graduates who are creating work that is exhibited on the body. This is a student run fashion show and exhibition under the guidance of the Material Art & Design (MAAD) program. The show will draw from students working in all OCAD faculties.
To assist with the production of the show, we are currently seeking to appoint student volunteers to the roles needed to create a planning committee: To apply you need to be a current student. Taking on a volunteer role does not preclude you from participating in the show, it just allows a role in planning and organizing the show and is a great opportunity to build experience in arts management and event planning. In this role you will be asked to:
– Attend planning meetings.
– Disseminate up-to-date information on the show to both students and faculty.
– Assist with the planning, organizing and setup for the final show.
– Assist with the final show.
