New ticketing email system to improve graduate student service experience: School of Graduate Studies

The School of Graduate Studies (SGS) has implemented a ticketing system for enhancing coordination and responses to student email inquiries.Students who have contacted the IT Help Desk will be familiar with this system, which generates a confirmation email receipt and a ticket number that can be used to track the status of an inquiry.

Students will now use to connect with the School of Graduate Studies for assistance, and inquiries will be routed into the ticketing system and assigned to the appropriate Program Coordinator. Correspondence on each ticket will take place by email.
