Emstro presents…Young Minds

On November 17th, the Learning Zone hosted a “live” exhibition, Young Minds, curated by OCADU student Rei Misiri. The interior of the Learning Zone was transformed into an urban space exhibiting urban inspired artwork alongside live music and dance performances.

A large turnout came to see this exhibition which brought together artworks by Rei Misiri,  Jessey Phade Pacho, Quentin Vercetty, Juan Siez Swift, DJ Andy B Bad, Mike Fate B, Damon Nomad, Maximum Efficiency Crew, Floor Assassinz Malitia and The Moon Runners.

Meet 2011 TED Prize Winner: JR

JR exhibits his photographs in the biggest art gallery on the planet. His work is presented freely in the streets of the world, catching the attention of people who are not museum visitors. His work mixes Art and Action; it talks about commitment, freedom, identity and limit.
