CAMPUS LIFE CONNECT / ONE-ON-ONE

Peer Mentors who wish to book some one-on-one time for support/conversation with Campus Life staff can do so through Microsoft Bookings.

MENTOR / MENTEE ASSIGNMENT SCHEDULE 2023

Campus Life will send an assignment email* containing Student Mentee contact information to Peer Mentors at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, per the following schedule:

JUNE 2023

  • Tuesday, June 20
  • Tuesday, June 27

JULY 2023

  • Tuesday, July 4
  • Tuesday, July 11
  • Tuesday, July 18
  • Tuesday, July 25

AUGUST 2023

  • Tuesday, August 1
  • Tuesday, August 8
  • Tuesday, August 15
  • Tuesday, August 22

SEPTEMBER 2023

  • Tuesday, September 12
  • Tuesday, September 19

Please initiate contact with assigned Student Mentees via the email address provided within three business days (by Friday) of that same week and work with the Mentee to determine the best method of communication moving forward.

*Sent to your OCAD U student email. If you do not get an email from Campus Life with a Mentee assignment on one date, then none has been assigned that day. Watch your OCAD U email on the next listed date.

PEER MENTORS ON FACEBOOK

The Facebook group, OCAD U Peer Mentors, is a closed group for Peer Mentors only. Request to join. This group provides Peer Mentors (current and past) with a place online to connect, ask questions, share experiences and support one another.
