The Maker Lab
The Maker Lab is part of the Digital Media Research & Innovation Institute (DMRII). It has been funded by various research-related projects and capital funding. As an OCAD U graduate student, you will be able to use this new shared space in support of your research and course-related art-making, fabrication and prototyping work.
In the Maker Lab you will be able to access two soldering stations, be able to glue and apply coatings, work with wood, metals and plastics. The lab is equipped with drill press, band saw, circular saw, soldering tools, hand tools and other resources. We will continue to add tools and equipment over the coming weeks.
