ROMEO – Online Researcher Portal

OCAD University is implementing ROMEO an online solution that manages ethics approvals and grant approvals, tracks project status, and facilitates smooth disbursements of funds. The ROMEO ethics module and online portal will be accessible to researchers effective Friday, March 27, 2015. As of this date, faculty members, staff and students will be able to login on-line to:

  • submit new REB applications;
  • track the status of new REB applications;
  • view previously-submitted REB applications;
  • submit amendment forms and annual and final reports.

Effective Friday, April 30, 2015, paper-based REB applications and REB applications sent by email will no longer be accepted. 

Hands-on training workshops will be offered to all student, faculty and staff researchers.
