It Was Me: An interactive look inside men’s journeys toward nonviolence

How do people stop using violence against their partners and take responsibility for the harm they’ve caused? It Was Me, an interactive companion to the film A Better Man, features personal stories from six men who are working to do just that. All have participated in support programs for men who use violence, and remain committed to building the skills and attitudes to form caring, violence-free relationships.

It Was Me is an interactive companion project to the documentary – A Better Man. What does it look like to take responsibility for abusing the people closest to us? Explore #ItWasMe, an interactive project that follows six men’s personal journeys toward nonviolence. abettermanfilm.com/interactive

TW: It Was Me contains mature language and describes scenes of intimate partner violence, which may be painful for some.
