Congratulations to Design For Health (DHEA) students Rosa Chu, Syeda Abbas, Der-Shuan Hwu, and Yoshi Perera for successfully participating in the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Smart Cities Datathon 2021 earlier this year.
Addressing the problem statement/issue, Access to urban services and amenities: How can we ensure that vulnerable groups get reliable access to urban services and amenities? Inter-GenZ responded with the following pitch: SharedTech is a resource-sharing platform that allows users in a community to share their rarely-used but functional appliances with others.
The DHEA team (called Inter-GenZ) succeeded to one of the Top 4 finalist out of 140+ teams.
