Plate Station Launch

platestation

Welcome to the Re-usable Dish Exchange program — a new campus initiative jointly created by Greening the Grange and the OCADU Learning Zone. Have a better meal experience, by using dishes instead of styrofoam or plastic.

Students, faculty and staff can support this green initiative, by visiting the Learning Zone to borrow cutlery and plates for their meals in the Grange food court.

Here’s how:

  • To borrow cutlery and plates, leave a piece of ID with a Learning Zone staff member
  • After your meal, come back to the Learning Zone, wash your plate with the environmental friendly dish soap and scrubber, provided in LZ washrooms
  • Return plate to retrieve your ID
